Our share includes a generous helping of fresh and sustainably-grown produce, pick-your-own flowers, strawberries, herbs, peas, and beans, and the opportunity to engage with your community while supporting local, small-scale, draft-powered agriculture.
We offer a Sliding Scale Price System, which means we invite you to pay for your share according to your financial abilities, ranging from $785-935 for our 24-week share of local produce grown above-and-beyond organic standards. Our half-share ranges from $420-500 for 12-weeks of produce.
Within a sliding scale system, we budget for folks to pay an average of $860 for a share or $460 for a half-share. Our commitment to sliding scale stems from our valuing Food Justice, the idea that everyone deserves local and nutrient-rich produce regardless of economic limitations. Sliding Scale allows you to pay what you are able—paying more allows us to keep shares affordable for others, while ensuring farmers a livable income.
If our sliding scale "minimum" is truly out of your budget, or if you need a flexible payment plan, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you. For those of you who can comfortably afford a share, please consider contributing to our Good Food Fund. This fund will only be used for providing reduced price shares to low income families in our community. A just food system is a strong food system, and at its core, Community Supported Agriculture is about strengthening our community and our food system. Help us strengthen the Lehigh Valley's Food Security with a contribution this season.
Pick-up Times, Days, and Locations:
Our On-Farm pick-up days are Tuesday and Friday from 2-7, and Saturday mornings from 9-noon.
Our Emmaus pick-up day is Thursday from 3-8 p.m. Pick-up is at Switchback Pizza at 525 Jubilee Street Emmaus, PA 18049.
If you are unable to pick-up your share, we invite you to have someone else pick it up for you. This is a great way to teach friends, family, and neighbors about CSA! If you are unable to pick up your share, or have someone do it for you, it will be donated to a local food bank.
