About the farms:
Birchrun Hills Farm is a family owned dairy in the highlands of Chester Springs. Sue, Ken and their two sons raise a herd of pastured Holstein cows and have 30 years of experience raising livestock and growing crops to supply all of the dairy's feed. The Miller family places great importance on building soil fertility and a holistic approach to raising dairy cattle.
Spring Creek Farm is the dairy partner to Valley Milkhouse, who supplies all of the milk for cheesemaker Stefanie Angstadt and her micro creamery in the heart of the Oley Valley. The Stricker Family has been operating Spring Creek Farm for five generations and has been a certified organic dairy since 1999. The herd is a mix of Jerseys, Ayrshires and Holstein cattle with a focus on a rotational grazing system. Spring Creek is esteemed for its zero-grain commitment and lush, fertile pastures.
Wholesome Dairy Farms in Douglassville, PA offers whole-milk grass-fed dairy products with live cultures & minimal ingredients.
