Looking for wholesome, organic bread to feed yourself and your family? We find Daily Loaf breads to be the tastiest breads in the Lehigh Valley (any beyond!), and hope you do too! Daily Loaf breads freeze well, making them fresh anytime you need them. We enjoy The Daily Loaf's bread so much we go through several loaves each week!
The Daily Loaf is a micro-bakery located in Berks County. Breads are made by hand in small batches using only flour, water, salt and sourdough culture. The Daily Loaf focuses on using organic flours and local organic produce and herbs for thier breads. All of thier breads are leavened with wild yeast (sourdough) and allowed a long cold rise which we believe results in better flavor and digestibility.
The Daily Loaf never uses: oils, preservatives, dairy, fats or eggs in their bread.
